Understanding Order Reports

Order reports help you track sales activity, revenue, and fulfillment performance over time. Use them to spot trends and make informed decisions about your business.

Accessing Order Reports

  1. Go to Reports in the sidebar.
  2. Select an order report from the list.

Available Order Reports

Orders by Status

Shows a breakdown of orders grouped by their current status (pending, confirmed, packed, shipped). Use this to identify bottlenecks in your fulfillment process.

Sales Over Time

Displays total order value and order count over a selected period. Choose daily, weekly, or monthly grouping to see how sales are trending.

Top Products

Ranks products by quantity sold or revenue generated. Use this to identify your best sellers and plan restocking accordingly.

Orders by Customer

Shows order volume and total spend per customer. Useful for identifying your most valuable accounts.

Filtering and Exporting

Filter order reports by date range, customer, or order status. Click Export CSV to download the results for further analysis.
