Understanding Inventory Reports
Inventory reports give you a snapshot of your stock levels, valuations, and movement activity. Use them to understand what you have, where it is, and how it's changing.
Accessing Inventory Reports
- Go to Reports in the sidebar.
- Select an inventory report from the list.
Available Inventory Reports
Stock Summary
Shows current stock quantities for every product across all warehouses and locations. Use this to get a bird's-eye view of your inventory.
Stock Valuation
Calculates the total value of your inventory based on cost price. This is useful for accounting and insurance purposes.
Stock Movement History
Lists all stock movements (goods in, transfers, adjustments, orders, returns) over a selected date range. Filter by product, zone, or movement type to narrow the results.
Filtering and Exporting
All inventory reports support filtering by warehouse, zone, and date range. Once filtered, click Export CSV to download the data for use in spreadsheets or accounting software.
